Description

The Groen 002180 Braising Pan Thermostat regulates cooking temperature by sensing heat and adjusting the connected heating circuit. Its S-type structure uses a 5/16" diameter and 7-1/2" length sensing element with a 48" capillary, while the 200°F - 400°F range determines the intended adjustment distance.
