Description

The Groen GR002180 Thermostat senses heat and switches an electrical circuit as the cooking temperature changes. The control operates across a 200-400°F range with internal contacts responding when the selected setting is reached. Its sensing section measures 5/16-inch in diameter and 7-1/2 inches long fitting the designated position inside the appliance. A 48-inch capillary extends from the control housing to the sensing point, carrying the temperature response between both areas. The S-Type configuration utilizes the required path through compatible commercial cooking equipment during normal operation.
