Description

The Groen GR4589 Thermostat changes an electrical circuit when cooking heat reaches the selected setting. A sensing tube detects temperature within the heated area and moves internal contacts as conditions rise or fall. The operating range is 200-400°F, with a 5/16-inch diameter and 7-1/2-inch length for the sensing section. Installed inside compatible commercial cooking equipment, its 48-inch capillary connects between the control housing and sensing point. The S-Type shape corresponds to the required route through the appliance during operation.
