Description

The Groen Z012838 Thermostat monitors heat and switches an electrical circuit as cooking temperature changes. Its sensing tube measures 5/16-inch in diameter and 7-1/2 inches long, fitting the assigned position near the heated area. The control responds across a 200-400°F range, allowing contacts to change position at the selected setting. Installed inside compatible commercial cooking equipment, its 48-inch capillary connects the sensing point with the control structure. The S-Type arrangement maintains the required path through the appliance while the internal mechanism reacts to changing heat conditions.
