Description

The Groen GR012838 Thermostat controls an electrical circuit by responding to temperature changes around the cooking area. When heat reaches the selected setting, internal contacts switch to regulate the connected control path. The sensing tube measures 5/16-inch in diameter and extends 7-1/2 inches in length. Its 48-inch capillary connects, the control structure with the sensing point while the S-type shape occupies the required route. Installed inside compatible commercial cooking equipment, the 200-400°F range determines the heat levels at which the contacts change position during operation.
