Description

The Groen GR2180 Thermostat detects heat changes and switches an electrical circuit according to the selected temperature. Its internal contacts activate when the sensing element reaches the required setting, controlling the connected circuit as cooking conditions change. The operating range spans 200-400°F, covering the specified temperature settings. Installed within compatible commercial cooking equipment, the sensing tube measures 5/16-inch in diameter and 7-1/2 inches long. A 48-inch capillary links the sensing point to the control structure, while the S-Type form the necessary path inside the appliance.
