Description

The Groen GRZ002180 Thermostat senses cooking temperature and switches an electrical circuit when heat reaches the specified setting. Internal contacts respond to changes detected by the sensing element, controlling the connected circuit as conditions change. The 200-400°F range covers the typical operating settings while the sensing tube measures 5/16-inch in diameter, and 7-1/2 inches long. Installed inside compatible commercial cooking equipment the 48-inch capillary connects the sensing point with the control housing. Its S-Type shape the required routing through the appliance during operation.
